Who is Jan Bintz?

EXPERIENCE:  Jan brings 15 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing to your transaction. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, she worked as a secretary and then an office manager in large real estate firms. This has allowed her to learn every aspect of this industry, thus enabling her to be a most valuable asset to you. She has consistently earned the Knoxville Associations "Award of Excellence" and Coldwell Banker's "International Sterling" and "International Diamond" awards for production levels. In 2003 and 2004, she was presented the highly coveted "President's Circle" award.... reserved for the top 10% of Coldwell Banker agents in the world! She has an extremely high percentage of repeat business and customer referrals each year... which tells you that her clients are happy with the level of service she provides, and that they are comfortable referring her to their friends, family and business associates.

EDUCATION: Jan has earned the designation "CRS" - Certified Residential Specialist, held by only 4% of the nation's Realtors, based on completing a rigorous course of advanced training and by meeting significant experience requirements. She also holds the "CCRS" degree - Certified Corporate Relocation Specialist and the ABR designation - Accredited Buyer Representative. Both of these designations also require advanced coursework and experience.  PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: Jan is a member of the National Association of Realtors and  the Tennessee Association of Realtors.  She is also a member of the local, state and national chapters of the Council of Residential Specialists.

PERSONAL / HOBBIES:  Jan's favorite "hobby" is spending time with her granddaughters but also enjoys reading, gardening, scrapbooking and backyard birdwatching. She is a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi, an international social, service and cultural organization for women, and is an active member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church.
